 + -1 moreThey were very patient with me, especially when it's over the phone. They guided me step by step and we tried different things to help my computer work again. The problem was that I hit a key and my screen turned negative black and white. Then I tried to fix it and it went completely black.
Description of Work: I was having trouble with my computer, so I called Apple Technical support. They guided me through the problem.
