Description of Work: High end patio furniture delivered damaged and broken and that was in August. It's almost October and Aminis has done nothing to resolve the issue. We have had numerous emails and phone calls receiving the promise the furniture would be picked up and repaired. This has still not been done. This is a $12,000 patio set that arrived dented and finished scraped off and one lounge chair had the bottom broken off and more. They had packed the furniture poorly and it was beat up in transit. Aminis has refused our request to return the furniture or make it right. To date we are still waiting. A company that sells high end items need to stand behind their products.

 + -1 moreThe actual sale was great, the young man helped me with the colors and fabrics I needed. The date that my furniture ended up being ready for shipping was actually mid June. I had to fight with them to compensate somehow for the fact that they didn't get my cushions to me before I was to have company at the beginning of June. When my furniture was delivered to me, I had a table that was scratched and looked like they had just rolled it across the floor.
Description of Work: They ordered the basic pieces of my sectional outdoor furniture. They also ordered different colored cushions for me than they had in stock. They told me I would get the new cushions by the end of May. They offered to bring me furniture they had in stock while I had company and mine was on order. They told me I could leave my furniture out uncovered but the manufacterer suggested I get covers which resulted in more cost to me.

 + -1 moreAmini's was the only company I found that worked at the brand of pool table that I have. I took maybe 6 hours to get it done. They were very attentive to detail and they care about customer service.

 + -1 moreThe store is huge, and potentially overwhelming. We focused on buying a relatively inexpensive pool table, and feel like we got what we wanted at a good price. The salespeople were friendly and informative. It was easy to schedule a delivery, and the setup people were polite and professional. We loved the huge selection of counter and bar stools, and were able to find ones that look great in our kitchen, were sturdy but not too expensive and were in stock for quick gratification. You could really spend hours in the store playing the video games and other games, and looking over the merchandise.
Description of Work: We purchased a pool table and kitchen stools in November 2005.
