Roger was perfect for us. The day he had finished I walked in and he asked me how the stain was. I said, "what stain" and then realized how perfectly he had replaced the boards; you cannot find the place at all; his carpentry is awesome. He used environmentally safe products, and sands 3 times and then buffs the floor. The 3 coats of finish look perfect. I can't find any sawdust anywhere. The last time I hired a different company and dust was everywhere. I now have to sell the house we moved from and need him to do it also soon. When I asked when he could begin he answered, "what about this Monday? He charges about $2.50 per sq ft. We are totally pleased with his work.
