Things went very well. 
Josh was responsive in all communications (email, phone)
Was customer service oriented.
We set up a bi-weekly schedule and he executed without any issues as agreed, until the house was sold.  We used Ground Guys of Ballwin for approx. 3-4 months duration over the summer months.
His guys would check to make sure the mowing was needed, so that I was not charged if the grass had not grown much.  This showed very good honesty and ethics, in that i was not in town to see for myself, and he could have mowed and charged me for it and I would not have known otherwise.
I was pleased with Josh and The Ground Guys of Ballwin.

I planted a trumpet vine in my garden--a very small plant that over the past six years or so grew by roots by leaps and bounds all over my backyard, both fences and into 2 neighbors yards.  I got 4 hours of work--2 guys, 2 hours and they finished only half of the problem.  They did such a good job that I had them come back to finish the work they started.  That was today, and I am completely happy with the job that they did.  The special was quite a deal.  I paid for 8 hours of work today at regular price, but it was worth it.  Both my neighbors complemented the men on the job they did in their yards and how pleasant the men were.
I would hire these men again for any type of yard work.  They were conscientious and did a great job.

Two very polite and friendly young men arrived on time.  I told them what I wanted done and they immediately got to work.  It was an extremely hot day and they never slowed down.  I had weeds growing every where.  They dug out old rose bushes and trimmed  two dogwood trees and some lower branches on a magnolia tree.  I had a little mulch and they were kind enough to spread that around the dogwood trees.  They cleaned up and you would never know they had been here except for the fact that everything looked  weed free.  I had purchased a big deal and then paid for an hour and a half over.  I am very happy with the work done.  They went beyond my expectations.  Will definitely hire again.  Do not hesitate to use them.

It took a few days to get back to me.  He was very personable and professional.  They did a very good job and would use them again.  The only problem was when he asked me where I lived, he thought it was too far from the business and hinted it might cost more.  I told him that I paid $119.00, just what he asked.  In the end, he accepted it, and all in all, it was a nice experience and my landscaping looks great.

The guys did a great job.  Everything they did was as requested.  We will use them again in the future.

Ground guy did a great job on a very hot day.  I was very pleased with the shape of the hedge and the cleanup effort.  He removed all the trimmings and used a blower to cleanup the area he worked in.

I purchased a special deal for $119 (1 man for 4 hrs.or 2 men for 2 hrs.).  Two men arrived and did what I asked of them. They weeded the beds in the front and then cleaned up, pruned and weeded the beds in the back yard.   I was very satisfied with their work.

I paid an extra $90 because I had a LOT of stuff to haul away (I bought
one of Angie's deals).  Ryan did an EXCELLENT job!  The amount of work
he got done in 4 hot hours was more than I could get done in 4 weekends.
I am SO pleased with how my lawn looks and will definitely call Grounds
Guys again.
