Ken and his crew were very professional, courteous and conscientious. They did a great job removing the old roofing materials, installing the new felt, shingles, and other materials, and cleaning up around the entire house. It looks great. I would definitely recommend!

Ken Felders and his crew was very professional from beginning to end. On time, cleaned up as they went.  We were very impressed that they moved all the planters in the front and back and covered the bird baths as they worked overhead. They fixed a couple of things that were not in the bid at no extra cost.

Ken was very responsive. He showed up on time, the crew was fast and the job completed per proposal. Ken was very honest when, after tearing everything off, he felt that the roof needed to be redecked, due to the condition of the underlayment. This was not unexpected. He cut me a fair deal on the sheeting, since it wasn't just a spot repair. Due to the gaps in the old underlayment, lots of debris fell into the attic. They swept and shop-vac'ed the attic after the job was completed, leaving it cleaner than when they started. All exterior debris was collected and removed (they covered the areas surrounding the house with tarp). They also had to remove a section of fencing in order to facilitate the lift truck access for delivering the shingles and to get the dumpster close to the building. The fence was repaired after the job and is as good (sturdy) as before they started. Shingle warranty was delivered within a week of completing the job. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company. Their price was competitive and the service extras (covering the deck with tarp, cleaning the attic). showed they are "over the top".
