Company came out and provided a reasonable bid for tree service. The home office kept me notified of when the crew was heading to my residence. The crew made quick and safe work trimming my tree. The crew were courteous and professional and during the trimming asked if I required anymore limbs removed. After completion, they cleaned up and headed out.

Onyx Tree removed a very large White Oak and a dead tree for us. They were great to communicate with us and performed a professional job. Will use again in the future and were priced reasonably.

The tornado, of course. We had multiple high large broken limbs hanging over the walkway into the house, truly threatening anyone going in or out. I just walked down the street, found Austin at work, , and discussed the problem with him. He was able to remove them rather promptly. What a relief. And then Jessica in the office prepared an invoice, a completely honest one, with all the data necessary to file an insurance claim. Good people. I would recommend them all day long.

Austin and his crew did an awesome job removing a tree that had been wedged into my garage from the tornado winds. It was difficult and they were very careful and skillfully got it done. They cleaned up every bit of the debris and went the extra mile in every way with their service. Prices were very reasonable. I love that Austin helps the surrounding Cimmunities and STL recover from the recent storms. He is a trustworthy and honest person. All around blessing and good experience

Customer service was amazing they had someone out ASAP for an ash removal. The employees were amazing as well came in and removed the tree with there gear and knowledge. Took them most of the day but the crew left the yard looking amazing after they were done with work... would very much recommend the services and fair pricing that Onyx was able to provide
