KEN'S MOVING SERVICE

Great! Ken and the guys were very fast. The new place was on the third floor with no elevator. They had to work around some tight turns in the stairwell, but handle everything with ease.

These movers are the go-to team. Hard working, professional, efficient! Worth the fair cost. They loaded boxes and furniture from several locations and delivered to our new house... to the correct room in our house. Will hire them again!

Excellent!! The crew was one gentleman who was incharge and 4 strong young men. I made the appointment with Jodie who was very nice to work with. She scheduled me one day but called about a week later to move up the date which was great. We really wanted an earlier day and she was able to accommodate us. The moving crew was on time and I explained what to move then they wasted no time in starting to load. I was impressed when some of the time the 4 young men RAN from the truck to the house to get items while the gentleman in charge placed item in the truck. They did not waste any time loading the truck and unloading it at the new house. I stood at the door telling they where everything was to go. They put everything in the proper place and they were careful handling the furniture so NOTHING was damaged or broken. All 5 of the gentlemen were nice and courteous. I was impressed with their work habits, too. It was a very good experience all the way around.

Great! Rob and his crew were on time and completed the job quickly. This is the fourth time we have used Ken's Moving. They do a great job and are very efficient! Be ready for them, because they are in and out fast!

They did really well and they kind of stuck to the estimate they gave where me where as the other price that I got off Angie’s list they gave me an estimate and then it was the moment it tripled what it was because they brought too small a truck and then tried to kind of fit everything in there but it took the whole day. Very well. Price was very reasonable. They were right there when they were going to be.

I called Ken's Moving Service after I found them on Angie's List. Unlike the others that I called, Ken wanted to know exactly what I had to move i.e. how many couches, how many chairs, how many tables, how many boxes, etc. I gave him as much info as I could remember about my daughter's house, and Ken gave me a firm price of $540. I called the day before the move and Ken told me his truck would show up at 10:00 a.m. They showed up on time. Five men were sent to handle my daughter's move. They were fast and careful. They moved out of the house in a little over an hour and moved everything into the storage unit in a little less than an hour. Unfortunately, they told me after the move was completed that I needed to send them an additional payment of $140 because there was more to move than I told them initially. For example, there was something like 90 boxes and I estimated there would be 50-60 boxes. While I don't like paying more money, I think it was a fair deal. I'm satisfied.

They were very courteous and had a good price. They were able to schedule me in both times quickly. They were efficient and careful. I felt safe with them handling my belongings. They can charge by box or by room. I am very very satisfied.

Excellent. This is the second time members of our family have used Ken's. Workers were quick, efficient, careful, meticulous and thoughtful. Job charge is determined by how much stuff you have to move rather than by the hour. We were told that this would take approximately 8 hours by other companies using two men. Standard charge in STL is $70 an hour so that would have been $560. Ken's has five guys and did it in about three hours. They are incentivized to get it done quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased. I have recommended them to friends and would continue to recommend to others without hesitation.

THE TWO MEN ARRIVED IN UNIFORMS, ON TIME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WASTED NO TIME GETTING STARTED. THE BEST WAY I CAN DESCRIBE THEM IS FRIENDLY, QUICK AND CAREFUL. THEY OFFERED TO TAKE ADDITIONAL ITEMS (OF COURSE AT AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE) THE JOB BEGAN AROUND 9AM AND THEY FINISHED AT NOON. I DON'T KNOW IF THE COST IS IN LINE FOR WHAT WE HAD THEM MOVE - I DIDN'T COST COMPARE - THEY CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
