We had windows and siding replaced in 2009 when Chris was working for another provider. He impressed us at that time with his friendly manner and honesty. Our contract at that time was for a full lifetime warranty on parts and labor. A few months ago, we noticed that the gas was leaking out of one of our windows. I contacted the new owner of the company and was informed that we needed to call the parent window company to be sent a claim packet to be filled out and returned and then the needed parts would be sent. We were told that the present company was honoring only a five year labor warranty. I then called Chris, who now had his own company. He said that he would get me a new window and come out and install it. He and his partner did this for no charge even though he did not offer that brand of window. We highly recommend Chris and his company, Jordan Exteriors and thank him for his friendship.
