I called them 2 weeks before Thanksgiving to have both my mother's house cleaned as well as my own. We had our floors redone in the entire house and there was dust everywhere. They were able to fit us into their schedule and I am glad they did. They really helped us out of a jam and were great to work with. They were very nice and accommodating to us since we had never had something like this done before. They walked us through the process and were very nice and friendly. I will definitely use this company again.

She is amazing and really thorough. She hand mops the floor. She pays attention to details. She writes everything down. The house is really clean when I come home.

They are very professional and do a good job. They are always meeting our time frame and the price is reasonable.

She is very organized and is easy to talk with. Since she has not been familiar with my house for too long, I have occassionally had to make suggestions, which she is fine with. I have others who have cleaned my home, and felt she was a little high on her maintenance cleaning. But she does a great job!

She's been cleaning for me for about a year. She's conscientious and reliable. She really does a terrific job. She comes once every three weeks. She does such a good job that I'm able to do light housekeeping in between. The price is per hour. She usually spends about 4 hours in my house.

I have used Darlene's cleaning service for more than a year and have been very pleased. Once, she even dug out a storm sewer drain (2 feet down) for me, with my permission, so that water would drain better as she cleaned a screened porch.
