I have been using Arrow Pest for years now. He is knowledgeable, prompt, courteous and does an excellent job. He does my routine pest control as well as take care of "special" situations, such as removing a hornets nest. I have and will continue to recommend Arrow.

I don't have another pest control company to go by, but it seems that he does not really care if we have brown recluse spiders in our house. We hired this company because it was recommended through our travel agent before moving in. He is very punctual and easy to get a hold of and a very nice guy, but he does not follow-up.

The guy is really really nice and is always the same one. He does a good job and I have happy with their service. He would come back every week and check the traps for me.
