Description of Work: Flowers ordered a week before needed for funeral. Specal ordered 4 arrangements, with calla lillies (very expensive), roses, etc. etc. We ordered that day, and paid for everything. We then received a call asking us to stop by. The owner informed us (not the one that took the order) that she would need an additional 50$ to make the arrangements 'fuller'. We wanted very full arrangements, and were assured that it was no problem. We arrived at the funeral home. The orders were wrong. The wreath was supposed to be primarialy roses (3 dozen) and only had six total roses, it was primarily carnations. The calla lillies we paid extra for were crushed, and faded, did not look fresh, and were cut down to 4 inch stems. All died within 24 hours. The roses in another arrangement wilted within 48 hours despite our best attempts to keep watered and spritzed. We contacted the owner from the funeral home expressing our dismay at the quality (people were already coming), she sent her assistant and added 6 more roses to the wreath, and made no offer to fix any other arrangement. We left several messages for her to call and settle this, we were ignored. I called and they made excuses. I still am waiting for her to call. Very unprofessional. Save yourself the heartache, there are other reputable florists whose arrangements look beautiful and were from other local florists. Do your homework.
