We were assured that the arrangements would be no problem to order fresh roses and calla lillies for. We were told again and again when we ordered that the arrangements would be very full. We paid cash, then we paid more when requested to, and still got old, sub-standard flowers. Skimpy, orders wrong, wilted, and just not what we wanted. The funeral is over, and part of me wants to drop this, but I was informed that this particular florist has done this in the past with funeral orders. I do not want anyone to suffer what I did with this last tribute to a loved one going wrong.
