We paid for a storm shelter in November 2013 to be installed before storm season 2014. It was hard to get a hold of him and he could never tell us a date on when he would come. He fell through on several dates. We asked for our money back and he refused to give it to us. We are now having to seek civil court to get our money back. He was cussing and very unprofessional on the phone as well. Dealing with this business was a complete nightmare
Description of Work: We were supposed to have a storm shelter installed but we never received it. And we can't get our money back.

 + -1 moreWe paid $3,000 up front for a storm shelter that was to be installed before storm season. It's been five months and little communication with the owner Chris Brummett. He has made excuses many times on why he hasn't shown up to install our storm shelter. He has never apologized for delays and tries to turn it around on us. We are now in litigation in court over the matter trying to get our money back. When we requested a refund to go with another business he said "Good luck getting your money back. You will get your shelter when I get to it." Do NOT buy anything from this guy - he has lawsuits pending in other matters as well.
Description of Work: He promised us a storm shelter built and installed. He cashed our check in November 2013 and it's not April 2014 and still have nothing but a lot of stress and aggravation in our lives.
