From the time I called everything went well. Estimate was not given until they saw the floors. I thought the price was great. I scheduled the date that was convenient for me. He had state of the art machines (no dust), house was left with minimal dust. Did not have to do much other than dust. Floors look fantastic. I cannot say enough about him.
