It got to the point where he wouldn't fix the job and i was would have to call him every year. I told him that if he didnt fix it this time I would have to call someone else. His reply was to call someone else.

My old unit was struck by lightening, so the insurance paid. They are just fair and honest, and they do what they say, and that’s hard to find sometimes. Their price was average with everybody else around.
