CAR MART

CarMart employees at this store were very unprofessional and always changing. It seems as though there were new employees every month, and there was rarely the same face each time we entered there store. Their employees had no prior training, and one even disclosed very private financial information to people not even on our contract with them! (This employee was subsequently fired and we DID have rights to sue this corporation for a breech of contract) The two vehicles we purchased were of good quality on interior; but engines, tires, and body were less then satisfactory. This company also does not service their vehicles. They offer a very brief warranty but even getting them to honor that was extremely difficult. Two weeks ago, the company was found to be committing fraud. An unrelated and unknown (to us) customer found proof that their employees had rolled back the odometer on their vehicle. There is now an on-going investigation into this company's ethics & business practices.
