They were great to work with. They listened when I indicated what the issue was, they even backed out when the right way to fix the issue was electrical in nature and not in the A/C unit. However, the electrician came in and we determined that given the house's wiring, it was better to have the A/C guys come out and do their part. They came back, did the fix quickly and were reasonably priced. Great service!

Nathan arrived first, and said the unit was completely out of coolant, so he repressurized the unit and filled it with coolant, YAY we had air...for a couple of days. My husband rang the company and Nathan came back, and said he thought there was a blockage in the system and we needed a bigger filter, which had to be ordered, of course it was the weekend, so Monday was the day the work was to be done. Monday was pouring down, so work was put off til Tuesday....Steve (the boss) arrived, and spent almost 5 hours cleaning the unit, and giving it a full service it was full of sludge and condensation, he was honest and told us we may need a new unit in the near future, he explained things really well. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, and we will be calling them for future services.

I called this company because they're local (here in Carl Junction) and had a good review here on Angie's List. Steve came to my home in less than 10 minutes from the time I hung up, and 15 minutes later he drove away, having already fixed my problem. He said they had a $60 minimum charge for services, but because it was such an easy (and quick) fix, he only charged me $30. Not only that, but he taught me how to fix the problem in the future so I don't have to call him if the same thing happens again. I was very impressed and grateful. I'm such a novice with these units that he could have told me that I needed to replace the whole thing and I probably would have believed him. I'm very glad he was so honest! I will definitely call this company again in the future!

This was an excellent experience for us and we have continued to use Z1-2Call over the years. Would highly recommend them.
