She was in the house for 5 hours and all she did was dust. She didn't sweep or mop the floors that we had asked. She did not even clean our bathrooms. She just kind of wiped things down. We called her and asked her what the deal was and why it took her 5 or 6 hours and she pretty much said she will do what she wants to do.

"This is absolutely not true in anyway. I did clean the bathrooms but there is only so much I am able to do with crap laying everywhere! This house was in terrible shape and I feel extremely good about the job I did. I mopped the floors, cleaned the heck out of the hardwood floors. As far as the phone conversation.... All she did was yell at me and hung up on me, I never got to say anything! And she did not pay me $100, again a perfect example of what a liar she is. I'm glad I'm not going to be hired back by her... There is no pleasing a person like this."

Chantel has been cleaning my house every other week for about two months. I am very happy with her services. She works quickly and thoroughly. My husband comments about what a great job she does. I've had several others clean for me over the past twenty plus years. She does the best job of any of them.

She comes every other week, but I know that she is flexible and will schedule clients for weekly, monthly or whatever works for them. Chantel is very reliable, does a good job and she is trustworthy (very important for someone that is coming into your house when you are not home!). We have had her do extra things over the years and she is always willing to work. I highly recommend Chantel if you are looking for a cleaning service in the Joplin/Webb City/Carl Junction area!
