Tri-State Water, Power & Air

I called Home Depot to have a water heater replaced, and they sent my call to Tri-State. Michelle, who answered the phone, was knowledgeable about their selection, and current rebates from the utility company. She set up a time the next morning for delivery and installation. Unfortunately when Jamie arrived the next day, he measured the closet and found the heater I had selected wouldn't fit. He helpfully suggested a different model that would be a better fit, but would have to be ordered. Two days later he returned with the smaller heater and installed it. Both Jamie and the people answering the phone were helpful, professional and knowledgeable. The installation went smoothly and looks great. I have hot water again!
