You have to remember this is a school. However the times I have gone I have had to wait over 30 minutes past my appt. time. The students spend more time talking among their selves than paying attention to the client.

The hairstylists are always so good with my 8 year old daughter. They take their time with her and engage her in conversation about what she likes. She absolutely loves it there!
