Ripped off a large section of shingles just before a major rain but did not tarp the roof and my living room flooded. Only installed 3 out 4 of the roof vents I purchased. Chimney leaked during the first rain after the new roof was installed. They came back to fix it but only filled the flashing with silicone which not be a long-term fix. Was on my roof last week and found 3 areas that now have NO decking at all but simply have shingles stretched across gaps in the roof.
