I specifically asked them to not shave my dog. I have a gorgeous goldendoodle and just wanted him to have a summer trim. I asked them to not cut it shorter than one inch. I went to pick him up and he was completely SHAVED. I told them I was not happy and if they were going to cut him any shorter than what I asked they should have called me first. One of the lady's responded by saying that if I wanted to pay her more to get knots out of him then I should have done that. He didn't have any knots whatsoever because I had just taken him to get groomed two and a half weeks ago. I told her I did not feel like I should have to pay her after she did what she did and she told me to take my dog and get the h*** out of there. I have never in my life been treated so poorly. This business is the most unprofessional business. I am still shaking because of the way they treated me. I told them I would let other people know the way they treated me and what they did to my dog and they said they didn't give a sh**. I am honestly still in shock.

Very bad horrible experience....please choose a different groomer because what happens to these poor animals behind closed doors is appalling and unfit for these animals!!
