Called and needed an estimate...they came out and I had an estimate in a day and services provided within a few day.

.I am still waiting...what is irritating is that the woman on the phone (when i first contacted them) said they were going to come out and do an estimate FIRST, then they would call with a date.
If they didn't want to do the job (this is a VERY EASY ROOF, 1500 sq ft home)...i would appreciate and respect a call back so that I could call another company....it was too late in the season to find someone i trusted after that. However, i have heard this company has an excellent reputation once the work is done.

The leak was fixed. Dave called back later to make sure we had no problems. The roof replacement was caused by inadequate venting when the house was built which resulted in moisture build-up. Sailer replaced the roof, installed a ridge vent and all has been well. It does take him some time to get to the job if it is not an emergency, but the work is done well and the price is reasonable.

After interviewing at least ten companies to re roof our home Sailer Roofing was the most knowledgeable and experienced in doing a home with such steep pitches and angles. We were very lucky they agreed to work for us.
