+ -1 moreHe was on-site for 2.5 days and encountered a concrete floor under the top layer of concrete floor which made the job more difficult and time consuming for him. He was courteous, professional and friendly. Answered all my questions and explained the work he did and how it was going to keep the basement dry. He explained the features of the Fortress Stabilization System. There has not been any rain to test everything yet and that will be the true test. He stressed that if there was a problem of any kind, I was to call and let him know so he may evaluate and address any concerns I had.
