I have had Mike service 2 of my cars now. The first overheated in front of his garage so the choice was an easy one. Those repairs were both reasonable and effective. My initial contact was with his mechanic as Mike was away. I suppose that the mechanic may well know his way around a car but he was significantly deficient in the "make the customer feel welcome" department. I nearly left as I felt that I must be bothering him.
Mike, being the owner, was significantly better.
Soon after, I purchased an older truck for the farm that need work. I brought it in and all of the work was done to my satisfaction. I will use them again but will now only deal with the owner (Mike).
And he said sets see, and hooked up the scanner for me. It turned out to be a simple fix.
In my opinion, he is the best mechanic in town! And the nicest one too!
