WILSON'S SEPTIC SVC

We first had them come out on August 18, 2012 when our sewer line backed up into our yard. They "rodded" the line for $125.00 and guranteed their work for a year. On Februrary 2, 2013, we again had to call for the same problem. Another $125.00? They don't guarantee for tree roots? What do they guarantee for? If roots were the problem why did they just "rod" the line instead of "ream" ? Why did we then have to fix the problem ourselves at more cost? What kind of company, first of all, says they guarantee their work for a year, doesn't specify that there are limitations on that guarantee, then doesn't specifiy that the work they are doing doesn't even come with a guarantee? Pushing the stuff through the line was something we could have rented a snake from the local rental place for alot less and done ourselves. We thought we were hireing a professional company. The last company we hired years ago didn't guarantee their work, but it was cheaper, lasted years and the service sure was friendlier. The only reason they didn't get an F was I'm sure they do other things besides "rod". But I won't be one to find out.
