Complete Asphalt Maintenance

Team of three guys came. Seemed fine at first. My husband noticed that one older man seemed to be able to spread the grout well, the other two looked less experienced and left unevenness. The team came back a day or two later and sprayed on the sealer. Missed some areas and owner, Michael, came and painted some sealed on the areas my husband showed him. On last day when they were painting garage floor area with sealer the lesser workers were seen by me to not clean off dirt, durst and oil. I gave them a bucket and rags and they did wipe it down while I watched. One month later the driveway started to crack showing the grout/gray stuff underneath. I immediately texted a photo and the owner said he would stop by. Two and a half months later NO SHOW! Naturally, getting colder with more rain and freezing on the way. The cracks have increased by several feet (measure in yards now). The cracks are so wide that the grout/gray stuff is coming out in clumps. We have only two drivers in this household. No overuse or abuse of driveway. At this point, have to assume owner has no intention of fixing. My husband and or I call him weekly......
