Mitchell came out to do some custom aluminum trim to help keep water from getting behind my siding since I do not have an overhang on my house. He did a great job explaining what to do to fix the problem, custom made the trim on site, and gave me two options on how it would look. Came out really well and no more water. I asked him to make sure that the little dormer over my front door had appropriate flashing and when he did, the dormer simply started to come apart from the house due to it not being attached properly, it was very apparent to me that it had been attached ineffectively. Even though it was no fault of Mitchell’s he took full responsibility for it and came back the next day with supplies to reattach and support it properly. He and his worker did this in the rain and he did not charge me for his time. I am in real estate and have hired lots of companies to do work, Mitchell is by far one of the most professional, knowledgeable, calm, and honest ones I have hired. This is his company and you can tell he cares bout what he is doing and wants to do a good job. Over and above! highly recommend.
