This is my second full year as a customer of AAA Disposal. I switched to them because they seem to be the only trash hauler in my area that offers combined recycling. I'm disabled and can no longer sort or haul recycling.
They show up every week. That's about the best I can say about them. The emptied recycling cart is often left in the street or smack in the middle of the driveway, blocking entrance to the driveway. The trash crew will actually remove items from the trash cart and throw them on the ground; apparently, there are items they don't accept, but I've never received a list of taboo items.
Any item that's too large for a trash can incurs an extra charge and must be paid for in advance. Usually $9 for each item. The office only accepts credit cards and yet they charge an extra fee for using a credit card! Driver takes several weeks to figure out which items have been paid for and office is completely unresponsive, bordering on rude. It took SIX WEEKS to pick up one item after I'd paid for pick up. As soon as another hauler switches to combined recycling, I'm done with these people.
