Marler Electric

I had to call the fire department due to smoke coming out of an outlet. I left a message for Mr Marler the next morning. He returned my call within 15 minutes and was at my house within 30. Replaced the items that were defective or burnt up. I know it was a small job but the promptness and consideration shown was impressive. I will certainly hire Marler electric when needed.

Initially Greg was friendy and sociable. I hired him to install new plugs throughout the older home I had just purchased and to make sure the electric was safe because I had noticed a few things. However, as he began working he began complaining, sometimes smiling, sometimes not. He doesn't feel like working today but on the other hand he needs to charge people more because he has big bills, a kid in college and on and on. His list of irritations grew and stopped only long enough to talk endlessly to my son for 10-20 minutes at a time-time which he billed me for. I was not amused but I paid the bill and let it go. Shortly thereafter, I remodeled my bathroom and asked him to intall my new lights; he complained so much I finally asked him if he liked his job at all. He had no repsonse.
I recently called another electric company to solve problems I've been having with the same outlets. Greg Marler FAILED TO GROUND ANY OF THE 25 OUTLETS HE INSTALLED. The new electrician showed us what was wrong in each room, at each and every plug!  
He projected an unprofessional, lazy image and his work was terrible. In my opinion, his work was completely unacceptable on each and every level.

It was a learning experience for all involved but I would recommend them for future Zwave and LED projects.  Involved the removal of existing switches and/or outlets and installation of new Zwave versions.
In the past two years, they also did the electric work in our new sunroom and all went exactly as planned.

We used them several times. I just remember that he returns phone calls and does what he says he is going to do.

Went very well. Professionally done and quickly. Had to wait a bit for him to come as he was redoing a house when I called him. Worth the wait.

Very punctual and friendly.
Did an awesome job under difficult heat conditions.

He is very personable and friendly. His prices are competitive and I would use him again. We always have a good visit when he is here. I've used him 8-10 times since we've owned this house for 12 years.
