BATTLEFIELD SEPTIC TANK SVC

Totally unprofessional, although they pumped the septic as needed. The truck dropped chunks of grease and leaked drops of oil on my driveway. The driver did pick up what he could but, left a mess of oil spots. My main complaint was his unprofessional business practice. At the conclusion of services I paid the driver and owner in cash and he gave me a receipt. I though the matter was finished until weeks later they called asking for payment. I told them we had paid but they insisted we had not. Battlefield Septic told me I had not even been present at the time of service, making it impossible to pay them.
I described the service call and conversation we had with the technician, owner including the puppy he had j with him. I said I had a receipt marked paid and he said no receipt was given as I was not there to pay or receive the receipt. 
Then Battlefield Septic service called the referring contractor and billed them...Bla Bla Bla...what an embarrassing mess..Their receipts do not have numbers on them so they could not tell if I was telling the truth or one is missing.  Apparently they gave us both copies and they rewrote the bill as due.There was not talking to them only total belief in they system and the impossibility of error. My contractor was embarrassed and saw was I. Sorry, but the truth hurts...

I scheduled with Battlefield Septic Tank Service to have my septic tank pumped as part of routine preventative maintenance.  This is the second time I've used this company.  The person taking my call was professional, helpful, and informative.  She even had my past service record available, and verified my information.  The driver arrived on time, and was very knowledgeable and thorough. Overall, it was a positive experience.  I plan to continue doing business with them in the future.
