They are the worst Internet service provider that I have ever dealt with. We have had horrible billing issues with them and horrible service as far as the quality of their Internet connection and reliability is concerned. I am still with them because they are monopoly here in Missouri. They put bandwidth restrictions on their band. I pay a lot for poor connection. They are a shame of a company. If we had any other high speed company I would drop them in a New York second.

The technician was very helpful, professional and courteous. I am not too thrilled by the price but it is in the ballpark of other providers of the same services.

It took to long he left a mess and I have naked wires hooked to my phone and modem. Not sure if this is the norm for it but he seemed to think it was ok.. I have thought about changing to dish or other carrier they are all so blasted high and what they offer in channels is crazy. So many ways to over charge for a few channels that long ago were banded together and sold as one package. Would be nice to be able to dump all the sports channels and pick something you want not what they want to sell you
