"Not sure what the matter is with this project. The minute I received this review I tried to contact this customer to see what the problem was and have left a message and tried to contact many times since but can't get through. She led me to believe that she was very pleased or we would have never left the job. I told her if she had trouble calling me immediately even after hours (that goes for all customers) but I have not heard a word. I will look into this and try to please to the best of my ability.
