SALESMAN WAS INFORMATIVE AND HELPFUL, BUT NOT OVERBEARING. AT MY REQUEST HE ALLOWED ME TO WALK THE STORE UNTIL I ASKED FOR HIS HELP. AT THAT TIME HE GAVE ME THE INFORMATION I WANTED AND WROTE UP THE SALE. THE WAREHOUSE EMPLOYEES WERE FRIENDLY AND LOADED MY MERCHANDISE QUICKLY. UPON ARRIVING HOME THE COUCHES FOOT REST WOULD NOT PULL OUT, BUT RATHER THAN RETURNING IT WE WERE ABLE TO FIX IT OURSELVES BY ATTACHING THE NECESSARY WIRES BACK ONTO THE LEVER. AFTER SEVERAL MONTHS OF USAGE WE HAVE NOT HAD ANOTHER PROBLEM.
