MY DOG HAD CHEWED A HOLE IN A PIECE OF FURNITURE. I WENT TO THEM FOR ADVICE. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN EXPLAINING WHAT I WOULD NEED TO DO THE REPAIR. THEY DO NOT DO ANY OF THE WORK FOR YOU, BUT THEY SELL THE MATERIALS YOU NEED FOR REFINISHING AND REPAIRING WOOD. ALSO, THEY ARE GREAT WITH HELPING YOU DO THE PROJECT YOURSELF.
