Spotty at best. The trash collectors routinely left bits of trash lying about the yard and street, no matter how careful I was to bag and close my trash. The same with yard waste and recycling, I usually had some cleanup work associated with trash pickup.

THE COMPANY ROUTE PERSON IS ALWAYS ON TIME, MAKING HOLIDAY MAKE UP DAYS THE VERY NEXT DAY, BUT THE COMPANY IS VERY IMPERSONAL. NEVER HAS EVEN ONE COMPLAINT BEEN HANDLED TO MY SATISFACTION. THEY ARE NOT AT ALL IN THE BUSINESS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE ARE CURRENTLY PRICE SHOPPING OTHER COMPANIES IN THE AREA.

I CONTACTED THEM 2 WEEKS IN A ROW AND THEY FAILED TO PICK UP THE TRASH. I CONTACTED MY CITY, OLIVETTE, AND THEY WILL FOLLOW UP ON THEM. THOUGH THE PERSON ON THE PHONE WAS POLITE AND COURTEOUS, NOTHING WAS DONE TO FOLLOW UP ON THE BULK PICK UP ISSUE.
