MERIDIAN WASTE SERVICES

Meridian has placed my dumpsters so that one of them is unusable. I have called six times over a three day period each time being promised service. Each time Meridian has failed to take care of their customers. this last time the customer service person was rude to me.

Every billing cycle for the last year our bill has increased. Horrible reliability. Missed pick-ups. Sometimes they don't even take our recycle. Guys are different all the time.

I was pleased with the services provided. They delivered the roll off on time and placed it exactly where I asked. I compared prices and they were the cheapest. I was able to get a larger size roll off for cheaper then a smaller size at other companies.  The roll off was delivered and picked up without making any marks on the concrete driveway. I would highly recommend this company.

These people are professional. They do not throw your trash cans all over once they've been emptied, and if things fall into the streets they pick them up. The cans are put neatly in your driveway with the lids back on. At times, I have more trash than usual, but the guys don't complain and just take it. On recycle day, especially with yard waste, I feel sorry for them. If the bags have been sitting for a while and it's been raining, they sometimes break and grass is all over. They do their best to clean it all up. I really like their service. Their price is very competitive.
