We are currently in litigation over the installation and performance of the system designed and installed by Mathis HVAC. Everything about this was disappointing, including the fire it caused. I would not choose this vendor for any future work.

The production coordinator P.J., sent Zack out to measure and put together a materials listing. Steve, the ductwork specialist, arrived on time, protected our carpets and appliances in the utility area, and remade a central portion of the trunk. All workers were polite, and made a genuine effort to keep the house mess down to a minimum. They tested out the system, and programmed all three new thermostats, as well as showed me how to test out the systems. The new Honneywell control panel takes care of turning the furnace on and off and closes and opens the dampers as we require. The experience couldn't have been better, and we will definitely have them out for our next furnace in the future.
