I shopped around and found Lowe's to have a nice selection on display, and competitive pricing. Mike helped me find a matched set of appliances in my price range, and then offered an "Energy Star" discount that I hadn't seen. The appliances weren't immediately available, but I was waiting on some work to be done in my kitchen anyway, so that was not a problem. They arrived a little ahead of schedule, and Lowe's called to confirm the delivery date. I asked them to delay the delivery of the dishwasher for another week, since the plumbing wasn't ready yet, and that was no problem. They brought the stove and fridge on the scheduled date, and the dishwasher a week later. The deliveries went smoothly. I did have a small difficulty with a valve on the gas range (a piece was loose and I couldn't fix it myself). They sent someone out the next day to look at it and he was able to fix it. Everything is now installed (someone else did the installations) and working great -- and they look great too.

They answered our questions to our satisfaction. Scheduled service. Installers came out right when they said they would. Friendly, courteous and cleaned up. Everything worked out as intended to.
