I was very happy with this company. They really went above and beyond to work with my crazy schedule to meet with me and assess the cause of my leaking clay tile roof and repair it before a big snow came that would definitely cause more damage to my ceiling. They were very prompt and easy to work with and they know all about clay tile roofs.

They did a great job. It was completed very fast.

I really hate that HA requires me to fill out all of these stars since I can't comment on all of them yet - as I just had the very first interaction with the contractor today. However, I can already tell you that their customer service was great so far. They came by today to take a look at the damages and work with me and the insurance adjuster. They immediately built a good connection with me and the adjuster as well - and it felt like they'd be helping me throughout the process. Their rep already showed with some of my questions answered in an envelope (I submitted some questions through HA request such as warranty or license info - and he showed up with a package with those). I loved that! This assures me that they're transparent and aren't afraid to tell me the truth about their business. So far, they're working on the estimate, so I have no information on costs or work quality yet. I'll update this post as my project continues.
