THE REPAIR MAN SAVED ME LIKE $300 BECAUSE HE WAS ABLE TO INFORM ME THAT THE TRANSMISSION OF MY WASHING MACHINE WAS STILL COVERED UNDER FACTORY WARRANTY. HE WAS CLEAN, HE WAS COURTEOUS, AND VERY HONEST. HE LIKED MY DOGS, WHICH WAS A PLUS. THEY ARE BIG DOGS AND THEY RAN AFTER HIM, HE DIDN'T EVEN FLINCH.

AFTER THE PURCHASE, BOB, THE SALESMAN, HUNG UP ON ME THREE TIMES AND WOULD NOT ANSWER MY QUESTIONS. COMPANY REPRESENTATIVES WOULD NOT ACKNOWLEDGE MY COMPLAINT ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
