MY SALES GUY WAS FRIENDLY ENOUGH, BUT I WILL HAVE WAITED OVER 3 MONTHS FOR A COUPLE PIECES OF BEDROOM FURNITURE BY THE TIME IT FINALLY ARRIVES. HE GAVE ME A GROSSLY INACCURATE ESTIMATION OF THE WAIT. HAD I KNOWN I WOULD BE FORCED TO WAIT SO LONG, I WOULD HAVE PROBABLY SHOPPED ELSEWHERE. THE WAITING TIME MADE THIS EXPERIENCE VERY, VERY UNPLEASANT. HOWEVER, THIS COMPANY DOES A GREAT JOB AT DISPLAYING MERCHANDISE AND MAKING CUSTOMERS CONVINCE THEMSELVES THEY MUST HAVE IT NOW. THE STORE IS A HAVEN FOR CONTEMPORARY LIVING.

WE PURCHASED FURNITURE WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT THERE WAS 1 YEAR FREE FINANCING AND WE HAD TO RETURN THE FURNITURE (IT DIDN'T FIT) AND WHEN THE SECOND CONTRACT CAME IT INDICATED 6 MONTHS INTEREST FREE NOT THE ORIGINAL 1 YR. WE POINTED THIS OUT TO THE SALESMAN WHO SAID HE WOULD FIX IT, BUT AS OF YET THIS HASN'T BEEN CORRECTED. THIS HAS BEEN OVER 2 MONTHS, THE FINANCE COMPANY SAYS THEY SIMPLY NEED TO REWRITE THE CONTRACT AND THE OWNER REFUSES.
