They work went great. I would use them again without giving it a thought. They were really good.

We got several bids on windows and they were all pretty close, but we were the most impressed with Dalco. My husband liked the fact that it is a local co. and can be easily reached. The windows are actually made here in Missouri and the installers have been with the Co. for 30 yrs. It was a NO pressure sale. The installer was great. Super professional, neat and quick. We LOVE our new windows. They're beautiful and we can already tell a difference with heating and cooling. I would recommend Dalco to everyone!

It went very well, they showed up early and worked through the day. We've used them in the past and we are always pleased.

Overall, it was a great experience. Dalco's roofing team came out first to remove the two layers of old shingles, then replace with new shingles, as well as, install a ridge vent. This was completed in one day. The siding crew was excellent. Because of all the work needed, this part of the job took over two weeks to do, especially because of holidays and winter weather. Larry and Alex did a fantastic job and were very thorough in all the details, including caulking around the windows after the new siding was installed. I would highly recommend Dalco.

I was very pleased with the door and quality. I feel they did an excellent job. If they miss something, they will come back and correct the problem.

From start to finish, the staff and crew were easy to work with and responsive to our needs.  The work needed to be completed within a very short time frame to accommodate our insurance requirements, and Dalco really pulled out all the stops to get it done. The crew arrived on time, and Brian (the crew chief) explained what was going to happen and when, asked me if I had any questions, and told me where he would be at all times during the job, and whom to contact if any additional questions came up (they didn't) during the job when he wasn't around.  Gotta say, I really appreciated this extra communication - most contractors just do their thing and you have no idea the communication process to follow during or after the job.  Anyway, the job took 2 days, the crew was very professional and careful, and the clean-up was magnificent (no nails on my driveway or trash in my flowerbeds)!  A week later I had the gutters/downspouts replaced by a different contractor, and they told me what a great job the roofers did: I figure they must know a thing or 2 about roofs, since they're up on them all day replacing gutters.  The other work was also completed in a timely fashion.  We will definitely use Dalco again and recommend them without reservation.

Installers we fast and did a great job. Saw a few nails after the project but in general they were thorough in their cleanup. I called the owner a week later during a rain storm because I thought I heard rain coming in and he sent someone over the next day.

Great look.  Good installer.  Took care of our home and did all the cleanup.  Gave tips on how to keep it looking good.  Still looks like new today.

Excellent craftsmanship. Polite, courteous installers and Jack Mansfield, who originally planned and estimated the costs was terrific. We did have a problem with the kitchen cabinets not arriving on time. There was extensive electrical and plumbing work required, which we did not originally anticipate. However, Jack explained that once they got started, they may find additional issues.

The door came in when they said it was.  The installer showed up when they said he would. They were very professional and it was an all around great experience.  I'm getting ready to replace my front door and while they may have been a little pricey, it wasn't by much.  The great customer service was worth the small amount of extra cost.

Awesome. Estimator was professional and courteous and he was not pushy. Project manager for each job was also professional and courteous. The crew cleaned up all of the debris from the yard. We will use them again.

It went well. Like all window sales companies they want 1.5 hours of your time for a sales pitch. But the price was a third of the other two guys I talked to. I got 11 vinyl windows, 9 were the same size ~30" x 60", the other two were smaller (bathroom and kitchen). I chose the dark bronze color over standard white. I got the full screens. I did not pay extra for the invisible-esque screen upgrade. In retrospect, I probably should have done that for the two windows I look out the most. Nine windows were double-hung, double-pane. The two windows in the garage were double-hung, single-pane. The sales guy's performance wasn't 'anything to write home about', but he came across as a normal person, not overly pushy. The installer on the other hand was impressive. He had all 11 windows installed in about 7 hours. He was polite, he cleaned up before he left, and he was amazingly fast. He accidentally removed some of the paint on the shutters as he took out one of the old windows. He took the time to repaint that small spot on the shutter (size of a quarter). I wouldn't have even noticed except he took the time to point it out during the final walk-around. The installer was excellent.

They get to you right away. They're responsible and professional.

Salesman Bill was great in explaining functions of the windows.   Before Bill departed my home, I expressed my concern regarding a portion of hardwood floor that appeared to be rotten near my patio door.   Bill reassured me that the installers will be made aware of the situation.   The installers arrived in a timely manner early in the morning  as promised.     The work was done efficiently by Charlie and Craig.    The two installers worked diligently throughout the day.   I was informed by Craig that the decay of the hardwood floor was caused by my aluminum pato door.   Apparently water had been seeping under the door for years.   Craig explained that the problem would be correct by the run off feature on the patio door.    He was able to repair the hardwood floor by placing wood under the area to act as a reinforcement.    At the end of the day, the installers cleaned  and placed trim around the windows.    The installers removed all debris from the premises.   I am satisfied with the product and services so far and  I am looking forward to many years of enjoyment and energy savings.
