We have 12 employees. We don't do any sub contracting. Our billing procedure is payment upon completion of job. We do offer intrest free payments, half when job is complete and half in intrest free payments.

Well my repairs are holding, But after they finished patching all over the roof, they came to me with a $2300.00 bill for 5 hours and two guy job. They were not even there the whole 5 hours and they said it was cost of materials. But would not show any receipt for materials. I had another roofer come the following week and they said what they did was VOIDED my warranty on the roof. Just speaded caulk all over the roof to stop leaks. I feel this is not the way to do business. MUST always tell the customer what the cost of repair is BEFORE do the job. Not take advantage of people because they are needing your services.
