BIG G AUTO Service

They checked everything and nothing needed to be done. They fixed the rubber lining in the rear door (reattached it). I was given back my list of everything that I wanted checked with the mechanic's notes on each item. I have been going to Big G's for several years, and they have done repairs for me in the past. I am a woman and have always been treated with respect and courtesy at Big G's. Their prices have always been reasonable. It is hard to find such honest and reliable mechanics -- I recommend them to everyone. I sent a friend there last week, and she raved about their service and prices. Amazingly, after all the checking and rubber lining repair, they did not charge me anything for this service.

I would recommend them.

They are our go to mechanics and they are always great. They are locally owned, very responsive and reliable. They always seem to get the job done right and quickly, same day service.

The biggest concern when selecting a mechanic is usually honesty and price - and I trust Geoff and his crew completely. They're extremely upfront and honest - they won't recommend unnecessary repairs, will clearly explain the problem and present the options. As a woman, I've always been treated with respect - something that I can't say is true for all mechanics. I never feel like I'm being scammed or that they're trying to and quot;selland quot; me on something - I've always felt like they've had my back. In fact, they've even gone above and beyond, offering recommendations when I've needed work done that fell outside their scope. And from what I've seen, they are consistently the most affordable for most jobs. Based on my experience over the years, Big G will always be my first stop. The only drawback to them is that they can tend to book up (which is also a sign of just how good they are).

Wonderful, they are honest and trustworthy! ... A hard quality to find in an auto mechanic!
