I am very picky about who I use, but they are always very quick to diagnose and take care of the issue. My car is there as we speak and it is a really, really, really great place to take your car. The tech diagnosed the last tire issue that I had in less than 50 seconds! I have been there around 8-10 times and they are always really thorough and my car is always fixed, and fixed well. They are worth the cost because they will not make a mistake on your car. I always feel so confident leaving my car there! The one thing that I would say is that their customer service personnel could be a bit friendlier.

They are excellent all around. They are fast and accurate in their work.

Tri-Lakes Chrysler did the work as requested and were very prompt about starting the work. all work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. I purchased an oil change package, an exceptional value, and an extended warranty agreement.

With regard to price, it was under warranty. They have always treated us very good. I can't complain about them at all.

I believe they are honest with me because I know the last time I took it in, they changed the oil which I asked them to do when I take in and service it. Who knows, I may be changing it more often than needed these days. I am from the old school where you did it every 3000 miles. My car is a 2007 Chrysler Sebring, it isn't exceptionally new. I probably have it serviced more often than I need to. They came back to me and said that they had not found anything wrong. I appreciated that because I always expect that somebody will find something to charge me for. I always believe the worst, that's the kind of person I am. They are as honest as much as anybody is and I am happy with it. I always call and make an appointment and when I get there they are ready for me.

I have been using them for years. They are professional. They service my vehicle in a short amount of time.
