The technician was very knowledgeable, conscientious, and thorough. I assisted with some furniture moves but he didn't expect it The tile floor now looks new. There is a definite difference.

It went great! I live in another state but own a condo in Branson. Lakes Area Professional Carpet Care collaborated with my cleaning crew and then sent me the bill. We had it done a couple of weeks ago and are visiting Branson right now, so we were able to see it firsthand, and it was a great job. They made everything so easy. Thank you!

They had all the right equipment.  First came out to give an estimate.  Then we set a date for the service.

The Gentleman Who Came To Clean Was Very Friendly And Efficient. The Carpets Look Great But Some Of The Tough Spots In Certain Rooms Were Not Completely Removed. He Did Also Adjust The Price Quoted To A Lesser Amount.

Was detailed and thorough. Could not remove some paint that had spilled on the carpet but advised what could be purchased commercially that might remove it, and how to approach it. HONEST! Told us we had less square footage that was cleaned than what we had told them over the phone, and that saved us about $100.00. I will use them again and encourage everyone in our area to utilize this business.
