+ -1 more5 years later we have had to pay another professional to redo existing duct work because it was installed incorrectly and install a new HVAC unit. The unit that Comfort by Design 5 years ago had been repaired 3 times. Repair # 1 a new motherboard. Repair # 2 new capacitor. Repair # 3 would have been a new compressor and all new coolant. The last breakdown would have cost us $ 2000 (it is out of warranty) if we would have decided to repair the unit instead of purchasing a new one.
Description of Work: Had an HVAC syste put into our home.
