Initially, I was unable to find just the right table. The salesman then showed me what could be special ordered. In order to find just the right table, I probably spent more than 30 minutes with him going though the showroom and the catalog before making a decision. At no time did I feel pressured to make a purchase right away, as I have experienced in other furniture stores. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks for delivery, which was free. At around 3 weeks, I received a call to confirm delivery the next week. The delivery men were clean and professional, bringing the table inside and placing it exactly where I wanted it. They also showed me how to remove and replace the leaflet.
