The technician that came out to your home has over 8 years in the hvac industry. Sometimes it can make even a seasoned technician scratch their heads. If you need us please give us a call."
"Sir, I apologize that you feel that you have been done wrong. We strive to give the best service possible and have several system in place to make sure we can to so. We do Book Pricing, and all prices for service are given to you up front before we do any work. This protects our customers and lets them know the total before we ever start a project. For example, we charged you 129.00 for the first residents(1110 [Member Information Removed]) and it took 3.5 hour to complete. Our hourly rate is set at 75.00 per hour plus trip charge. If we charged you an hourly rate , this job would have been 262.50 but since it was book pricing you were only charged 129.00 We had to return a second time because we could not check the heat in the home because it was so hot on the original visit. The thermostat did not go up high enough for it to kick on. The technician did a complete check on the system, by bypassing the thermostat but the problem was on the thermostat wire side of things. And as you noted above we did not charge for the return visit. (As a side note, If someone had not tried to fix the system before we arrived and removed a lot of the wires the job would have only taken about 1.5 hours to do) Also my records do not show an 80.00 charge on this residents for this residents. I don't believe that you were charged for that visit and my technician noted that you opted to replace the drain line yourself. If my records aren't correct please let me know. Again on the second residents(1116 [Member Information Removed]) we do book pricing and the pricing every time. We did have to return with the supplies to the job that you authorized, unfortunately our vans are only so big and we have to pick and choose the supplies that we carry. The price to run up to 20 foot of thermostat wire is 221.36 which is what you were charged. That is 40.00 more than your original estimate. (instead of 180.00 to replace your T-Stat you were charged 221.36 to replace your thermostat wire) You were never charged for a thermostat. After listening to the recorded call I found that we refunded 159.00 to your account, the day you called us with these questions about your bill. That was on 9/6/2016. I know it takes 7-10 days for the Credit Card company to refund sometimes but you should have received it by now. I think this should answer any questions that you have. If not please feel free to contact me directly."
Coupons found on "Angies List" were not honored. A "Veterans Discount" was mentioned, but did not appear on the invoice.
AC installation went well.. was completed the first day. Furnace was also "in place" the first day. AC was immediately operational and put to use. Completion of the Furnace was posponed indefinately. It was not until 23 days later that the Furnace installation was completed.
Communication with the installers during the 23 days was not possible.
Communication with the office personel was excellant and the office personel were extraordinarily accomodating and helpful. Indeed, it was due to this communication that the Furnace installation was eventually completed.
The quality of the merchandise was excellant as was the installation job. Overall, I am pleased with the job.

I am sorry for the confusion, we were told to set all appointments and send all correspondence via email due to you not being able to hear well over the phone. Unfortunately the email address had an O in it that got transposed as a 0. This was the major source of the delay. Again thank you for your patients and if you need anything please let us know."

It was not good at all. It was a $49 special deal, They tried to rip me off big time. They refunded the $49, but they tried to tell me I needed a new air conditioner and new furnace and all that sort of stuff I called another outfit out here and what they told me was completely wrong. I called this company again and he did refund my money and apologize but I will never use them again. I was having a problem with the air conditioner when they came out. I got somebody out who charged me half of what they were going to charge me when I got it fixed. They tried to take advantage of me. He was going to charge me an outrageous price to replace a part. I just did not trust them. They came out within a reasonable amount of time. He did not have the part that he needed and when he came back and installed it he told me it was still causing a problem. I think he tampered with the outside air conditioner but I don't have any proof of that other than what the other people who tried to come out and correct it told me. They could have been honest with me and do what I needed done.

Called early on Saturday morning, friendly receptionist promptly dispatched the serviceman. The repairman actually had the correct capacitor on his truck. He was very professional and in/out in no time.
