Description of Work: My wife and I have been searching for a home in Branson for about a year. We asked Brand to inspect two different homes. The first, although newly constructed, had a number of problem that Brand documented and we decided to pass. Last Friday he inspected another home and it passed with flying colors. Brand has been a through, knowledgeable, and professional member of our team. Along with our Realtor, Bill Blitch, Brand has made our home purchase a pleasure. By all means, do not hesitate to call Aces Home Inspection.

 + -1 moreMy husband and I have been looking at a home in a commercial area to purchase for a future business. We were concerned with the condition of it and hired Brand to do an inspection on it before submitting an offer. He worked us into his schedule during a time that worked best for me, was on time, and extremely thorough. He crawled through every available space and took detailed pictures of all the problem areas described in his report. We received the full written report in a couple of days, 30 pages with detailed pictures that included arrows pointing us to the specific areas of concern. We have complete clarity of the repairs needed and will be able to make an informed decision on the property. We will definitely use Brand in the future!
Description of Work: Full inspection, including termite of home that was over 100 years old.
